My name is Amy, and I am a licensed Travel Agent specializing in all things Disney and Universal. We own two homes in Florida, and we spend much of the year in the Sunshine State of Florida. As a mother and dementia caregiver, I understand how to travel easily with young kiddos, teens, traveling members with special needs, and even dads. My husband and I are both former Disneyland Cast Members (I worked Haunted Mansion and shows; he was a stilt walker in parades), and one of my daughters is currently a Jungle Cruise Skipper at Disneyland! However, we spend at least 45 park days at Disney World each year. I know, crazy! My husband and I are also both college professors whenever we’re not acting like a bunch of kids in the Disney and Universal parks.

I have a wonderful relationship with my husband and our beautiful daughters, and I can honestly say that a lot of that can be attributed to travel. When you book with me, your reservation goes directly through Disney or Universal, and you will have access to the reservation as if you booked it yourself. You will have the same cancellation policies, and there’s usually a perk to booking with me (i.e., Universal gives early park access!!). Plus, I’ll let you in on my tips and tricks to getting around the theme parks as easily as possible, with or without wheelchairs and strollers.
